The DPB Rail Infra Service DE GmbH is a modern railway company specializing in rail freight transport. To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking to fill the following position: Location in Essen a dedicated Wagon master (m/f/d) searched.

• Conducting technical inspections of freight wagons
• Testing and assessment of the operational safety and roadworthiness of the vehicles
• Conducting brake tests and checking the brake and clutch systems
• Vehicle and load inspections, including checks of proper load securing
• Identifying, assessing and documenting damage, defects and irregularities
• Rectification of minor defects and carrying out simple repairs within the scope of the respective authorizations.
• Compliance with company regulations and applicable safety, occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

• Completed technical training in vehicle technology, level 3/4
• RID qualification
• Completed training/qualification as a shunting assistant
• KV Qualification (Z7)
• German language skills, both spoken and written, at least level B2
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn more
• Willingness to travel for long-distance freight transport in Germany, including shift work
• Class B driving license is an advantage

• Annual adjustment of the gross monthly salary based on the average inflation rate in Germany.

The collectively agreed gross salary for this position, based on full-time employment, is between € 3.300,00 - € 4.100,00 per month 13 salaries per year, with a willingness to pay above the standard rate depending on qualifications and experience.
