The V 100 of the DPB Rail Infra Service GmbH with the number 9281 2000 087-4 was in the workshop of the DPB Rail Technical Service GmbH in Krieglach underwent a major overhaul. In addition to the scheduled preventive work, extensive repairs were also carried out on the locomotive.

Among other things, the transmission was overhauled, the wheelsets were re-tyred, the axle boxes were resealed, and the engine, cooling system, and compressor were repaired. Finally, the locomotive received a complete paint job in the characteristic DPB red – thus presenting itself today in an appearance reminiscent of its delivery some 60 years ago.
