The ET10 is on track!

The ET10 railcar of DPB Rail Infra Service GmbH is used for a variety of purposes and demonstrated its versatility in several important projects in 2024. Following the successful technical inspection and acceptance of factory parts in June 2024, the first practical tests for train drivers were conducted.

A total of six employees of DPB Rail Infra Service GmbH completed their training runs and exams on this railcar. The test routes extended as far as Selzthal and St. Veit, and even universal train driver exams were conducted.
In addition to train driver training, the ET10 also offers train attendant training and examinations, which take place on the route between Krieglach and Kapfenberg.

In July 2024, a technical inspection of the dining car was also carried out. It is currently being refurbished by a carpenter and will soon be used on future trips.

In addition to the first trips, such as the lake tour and the internal company trip to the Villach Kirchtag, the ET10 will also be used for other, primarily internal company outings in the future.
