As a specialized Railway companies in the field of rail logistics We ensure smooth operations on the railway every day. To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone for our Location in Feldkirchen near Graz a new team member for the Arrangement.

• Scheduling and coordination of trains in daily operations
• Creation of wagon lists and operationally relevant documents
• Data collection and maintenance in the internal system
• Factual review of incoming invoices
• Preparation and data collection for invoicing

• Completed vocational training (e.g., LAP, HAS, HAK or comparable)
• Several years of experience in railway dispatching
• Excellent geographical knowledge, especially of Austria's neighboring countries, relevant border crossings and important railway and Alpine passes.
• Willingness to work shifts (night, Sunday and public holiday work)
• communicative personality
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Medical fitness (mandatory)
• Very high sense of responsibility, reliability and accuracy
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• drivers licence class B
• Completed civilian or military service
• Impeccable reputation
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (minimum level B2)

The collective agreement minimum salary based on one full-time employment (KV Railway) for this position €3.762,34 gross/month with the willingness to pay more depending on professional qualifications and experience.
