A constructive and open communication culture within our company is a key element. All employees and external business partners are encouraged to confidentially and promptly report any perceived or known violations of the law in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.

For this purpose, a secure, web-based whistleblower system is available. This system complies with the requirements of EU Directive 2019/1937 and the Austrian Whistleblower Protection Act and allows for anonymous or named reporting at any time.

Honest tips will be treated confidentially, and whistleblowers are legally protected. However, anyone who intentionally submits false information will face employment-related or criminal consequences.
