Existing building at the Feldkirchen site near Graz

At the end of September 2023, DPB GmbH moved into its new location in Feldkirchen near Graz, which was created through extensive renovation and extension of the existing building. The goal of the project was to optimize collaboration between the various departments and to consolidate the units previously spread across multiple locations – the main building in Werndorf, the construction office in Feldkirchen, and the planning office in Kalsdorf – under one roof. The new location not only creates short distances and facilitates communication, but also strengthens the sense of community among employees.

New building 2024: Expanded capacities for growth and innovation

The second construction project followed in 2024: a modern new building that complements the existing building and offers three floors of space for additional departments of DPB GmbH and DPB Rail Infra Service GmbH. Important departments such as tunnel technology, road infrastructure, marketing, human resources (HR), the legal department, the security department, and the dispatch department of DPB Rail Infra Service GmbH are now located here. This new building, which was completed in autumn 2024, created capacity for future growth and established a modern infrastructure that meets current and future requirements. The new building was officially opened in October 2024.

The combination of renovation and new construction ensures that all important areas of the DPB Group can work together optimally at a central location – an investment in efficiency, communication and the continuous development of the company.
